(supplier, consignee, description of merchandise and
packaging, category of service, the person in charge
of collection, expected time of delivery …).
Each branch provides updates on the order,
transhipment of cargo, vehicle, driver, platform
departure time… This information is freely available
around the clock to our customers
Additionally, access to our private website is
available to our customers, allowing you to check in
person the status of your shipment.

By ordering transport documents, you can obtain
transport receipts and pre-printed CMRs containing your
address and, for regular clients in certain cases, your
customer’s destination address. |

Advanced warehousing registers all movement in
merchandise (arrival, departure, labelling…), in as much
detail as required by the customer (references,
quantities, UM…).
The customer can consult and analyse directly via the
Web how advanced the management process is, as defined
by the customer (kanban, Fifo, picking…). |

To ensure that the transport document process is
carried out as efficiently as possible, GST scans
all initialled documents, which are available on the
GST intranet.
They are also available for consultation and
printing by our customers through our Internet site.
